Torati is seeking an administrator to join our growing team. This position, reporting to Managers, will provide support across daily accounting and office tasks. We welcome your application and look forward to getting to know you and your story.
duties and responsibilities

Answer telephone calls, mail and email

Greet visitors and direct them to the person who can help

Prepare, type, edit and proofread letters, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications and reports

Maintain employer’s calendar, including scheduling and confirming meetings

Arrange travel schedules and make reservations

Book meetings and conference rooms

Order and maintain office supplies

Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems

Update administrative policies and procedures manuals

Prepare agendas and record minutes of meetings

Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

Support the Accounts Payable processes, including invoice review and approval and weekly payment report preparation.
Job Requirements

Native or near-native fluency in both Persian (Farsi) and English languages

Proficiency in MS Excel
-
Experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration
